‘Hulali’ is Hawaiian for “light that sparkles on water”. The pedal steel guitar has its roots in Hawaiian music, with slide guitar being invented by Joseph Kekuku in the late 19th Century.
This is a homage to to the sounds and feeling that the greats of Hawaiian music have evoked ever since.
